The new dashboard provides each ACCTivate! user at Demilec USA with a snapshot of real-time information instantly and quickly, so they can view what is necessary for their specific operational tasks as well as scan, monitor and assess the entire organization.
“The dashboard is an excellent tool that helps us make a decision right away, gives us an overall look and additionally gives us the day to day look,” Naini said.
The Business Activity Management module allows Demilec USA to manage various tasks specific to their business needs, such as RMAs, resolution of customer service issues and credit collections.
Prior to ACCTivate!, Demilec USA used QuickBooks and spreadsheets to manage their inventory, which proved to be time consuming.
“Now I have time to review other things and to look at overall versus trying to create spreadsheets and then deciding what to do. I just run a report, merge them together and make my decision,” Naini said.
ACCTivate! has proven to be cost effective, productive and efficient for Demilec USA since their initial implementation of the system in 2007.
“The software just speaks for itself. It’s ACCTivate! and it does what it says. It keeps track of your inventory and nowadays with the economy like it is your inventory is your dollar and if you want to keep track of it and you want to move it, it has the tools to use,” Naini said.
