ACCTivate! Inventory and Distribution Management handles the unique needs of Water Heating Technologies Corporation DBA American Standard Water Heaters.

"Prior to having ACCTivate!, we were only using QuickBooks, but we weren't tracking serial numbers, we weren't tracking anything," Schultz said. "So if someone pulled the wrong serial number we wouldn't know it until the end of the month."

Now with the addition of ACCTivate!, all of their departments and their distribution warehouse are connected. Everyone now knows the complete flow of sales orders, from the time the order is picked to when it's in transit and its history afterwards.

"Everybody can see in real-time what's going on with the inventory. We didn't have that before," Schultz said.

Water Heating Technologies has also been able to get information specific to their business needs through ACCTivate!'s ability to create custom reports with Crystal Reports^®.

All of their custom reports are written by Alterity's Report Specialist, whom Schultz speaks of highly.

"She [the Report Specialist] understands what we need and how we need to fix it. She's a super problem solver. I don't mind paying for her time," Schultz said.

They've also had a positive experience with the Customer Support team.

"Everyone that we do talk to in customer service is amazingly polite," Schultz said. "They're extraordinarily explanatory. They stop to make sure they understand the project completely before going forward with trying to fix it, which saves us time and money."
