Product information

ACCTivate!'s product information window allows control of virtually all products aspects. The screen is composed of multiple tabs where all information dealing with any specific product is stored. To move through the product information window, click on one of the highlighted tabs listed below.

The assembly process

ACCTivate!'s Assembly/Sub-Assembly feature allows for the purchase of multiple disparate items which can later be combined as one "assembled" new product. Upon creation of the new product, the components used in the assembly are depleted from inventory and the new product is added to inventory.

The Assemblies procedure chart serves as a guide through the steps of creating an assembly product and then receiving it into inventory.

This window allows the receiving of a product that is assembled from components in inventory. Assemblies must be received into stock before they can be available for sale.

When the assembly is posted, the component quantity on hand is reduced and quantity of the finished product is increased accordingly.
