Warehousing demo
Whether operating single or multi-locations, ACCTivate! is the solution to simply manage complex warehousing demands. Place ACCTivate!'s easy to use tools in the hand of warehouse personnel and improvements are just around the corner - from improved employee retention and morale to increased productivity. and much more.
Tracking warehouse locations process
The Multiple-Location Control module allows inventory to be tracked by warehouse location. After the locations have been created and configured, inventory can be tracked for each location in the system from the Product Information Window; and transactions can be performed for the locations as well.

Inventory count process
Whether using annual, periodic or cycle counts, ACCTivate! streamlines the process to achieve accurate and timely results.
- Print. The count sheets are printed as worksheets to record current inventory on hand.
The printing task serves to both print count sheets and to take a snapshot of the inventory on hand at that moment in time.
- Count.
- Record & Adjust. Once the final count quantities are entered through the Enter Count process, the system provides a variance report showing the quantity and value of the change in stock.

Print count sheets
This window prints inventory sheets to use in manual inventory counts.
When count sheets are prepared, clicking the OK button effectively takes a snapshot of the current inventory levels in the warehouse.
It is important that during this counting process:
All stock movement is stopped.
Post all existing inventory and sales transactions.
The count sheet should be used to record what is in inventory/on the shelf at the time the sheets are printed.
When the count sheet are complete, ACCTivate! will use that number as the actual stock level.
Inventory count entry
Using the completed count sheets, enter the quantity that was counted in the warehouse.
Once data entry is finished, it is highly recommended that you print a count report and review the numbers entered on each line. When this is complete, a post to inventory will instruct ACCTivate! to automatically create an inventory adjustment to make the inventory number equal the number that was counted.
