ACCTivate! system is powerful and robust. All the different features, options
and configuration possibilities can leave some users feeling a bit
overwhelmed at times.

into play a couple of different options that are always available so
that ACCTivate! users can get immediate help on technical and
procedural aspects of ACCTivate!.
1) F1 Key – Open the ACCTivate! help
files
From anywhere in the system, simply press
the F1 key to open the help files.
This includes all of the major windows in ACCTivate!, like the Sales
Order window, Purchase Order window, Product Information window and
more.
Most help screens have navigational elements to help you move to
more general category-specific information or to specific tab
information on a specific window.
Different
types of Help Files
Several different sections of help files
exist in the table of contents.
These include Procedure Guides, How Do I?'s and Menu &
Window screens.

in ACCTivate!.
·

ever-expanding online system designed to provide solutions to technical
problems that aren't necessarily procedural in nature.
These include issues such as software registration, Microsoft
