View a record of all sales, purchasing, assembly documents for every product

A new, easy-to-use Product Information tab

The release of ACCTivate! 6.3 in late October introduced a convenient, easy-to-use tab for ACCTivate! to store and for you to view all past and present sales, purchasing and assembly documents for each of your products.

The History tab located directly on the Product Information window, provides a list of each document that has been entered for the product along with brief details. A simple double-click will open a big-picture view of the document - the actual document (i.e. the sales order, purchase order, etc.).

Former tabs replaced for the better

The new tab replaces the former PO and Order tabs and combines the information of those into one. The History tab greatly improves on the former tabs with its more organized format and added filtering power.

Quickly find information with ease

Since each document remains in the tab indefinitely, there may be hundreds or even more listed.

We know that time-savings is valuable to each and every business, so ACCTivate! makes it easy to find what you need quickly and get on with your priorities. Filtering options and sorting capabilities make this possible.

A History tab list can be filtered by warehouse, the document type, and other criteria(i.e. order number, customer name, etc.). The information can also be sorted to view what you need in a particular order.

The following documents appear in the History tab after they have been entered with products specified and saved in the system:

View your licensed modules & users easily in ACCTivate!

Do you know which ACCTivate! modules you are licensed to use?

Would you like to know how many licensed users

you have in ACCTivate! and how many users are currently logged into the system?

No problem. It is easy to find this information in ACCTivate!. Simply follow the steps below while in ACCTivate!:

• Select the Help menu
• Select View Current Users
• The Current Users window will open

After you have the Current Users window open

you will be able to view users that are currently

logged into the system; the amount of licensed

users you have; and which licensed modules you have.

Current Users window

This window has two tabs, which are the Current User tab and Licensed Options tab. The number of active users and licensed users appears near the bottom of the window.

Current Users tab

This tab displays a list of the users who are currently logged into ACCTivate!. For each current user the following details are also listed: the company they're logged into, the workstation they're on, and the time they logged into the system.

Licensed Options tab

This tab displays a list of all your licensed modules in alphabetical order.

The Current Users window is just another way to find information easily in ACCTivate!.

Mobile Inventory Transfers
Perform inventory transfers between warehouses & locations on a mobile device

The ability to transfer/move inventory

between warehouses has now been

extended to the mobile version of

ACCTivate! with the release of ACCTivate! Mobile 6.3. 

This feature accompanies the Inventory

Count feature within the Mobile Inventory Management module.

Great benefits to your business

The Mobile Inventory Transfers feature

allows you to take even more control over

your warehouse operations.

With this new mobile feature you will

experience the same power as the desktop version, but in a more convenient and portable form that allows you to

transfer inventory on the move.

Also, a mobile device with a built-in or plug-

in barcode scanner can greatly increase

your productivity in the warehouse by

improving efficiency, reducing errors and

saving time.

Multiple-Location Control add-on

The Multiple-Location Control add-on module adds even more power to Mobile Inventory Transfers.

If you add this to your system and enable

it in the desktop version you can also

transfer inventory between warehouse

locations on your mobile device.

Another talented individual joins the team

Marti Shafer

Marti Shafer recently joined the ACCTivate! team as a Support Specialist, with 10+ years of technical support experience. 

She is currently getting up to speed on all things ACCTivate! and has jumped right into writing articles for the ACCTivate!

Knowledge Base.

Marti has experience in several different technical areas including the aerospace industry, software support and software configuration management.   

She looks forward to expanding her knowledge and understanding of the needs of the ACCTivate! community.

She currently lives in the Fort Worth, Texas area with her husband, son and their five dogs. She has resided in that area for the last 20 years, after moving from Florida.

In her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking, watching football (pro and college) and baseball, and spending time with her family and friends.

Route delivery
The new ACCTivate! Mobile Route Delivery module lets you view all orders that are ready to be picked and have a route and/or stop number specified for the ship-to location.

Print order and delivery receipts
ACCTivate! Mobile allows you to print your orders and receipts anywhere while you're on the go or to your warehouse printer.

Update address, special instructions and notes on mobile sales orders

On existing or new orders you can now override the existing bill-to and ship-to addresses directly on your mobile device.

Transfer inventory between warehouses and warehouse locations
The ACCTivate! Mobile Inventory Transfers feature gives you the same power as the desktop version, but in more convenient and portable form for performing inventory transfer transactions on the move.

Blind inventory count
The ACCTivate! Mobile Inventory Count feature gives you the power to scan the inventory you want to include in your count.

Add missing products to inventory count sheets on the fly
Take even more control over your inventory counts. Just scan a barcode for an existing product and it will instantly be added to your count sheet list.
