A few weeks ago another update to ACCTivate! 6.3 was released for downloading. This update, ACCTivate! 6.3.4 includes improvements to various features throughout the system, technical corrections and some new features.

Update Workflow Status function new to 6.3.4
Among the enhancements, is a new feature which brings a new menu item to the Sales Menu. After downloading the update, notice Change Workflow Status in the Sales Menu. The Update Workflow Status function allows the progress of a sales order to be tracked.

If you have not yet downloaded the update, it is available on the website to all ACCTivate! users with a current SMS (QuickBooks users) / SMP (CYMA users) contract.
Contact your ACCTivate! representative to determine
whether your SMS/SMP contract is up-to-date.
