ACCTivate! 6.4 soon-to-be released

The soon-to-be released ACCTivate! 6.4 will unveil new features, improvements and technical corrections superior to the current system.

A glimpse at some of the major enhancements
The following are some of the major highlights of the new release:

• Batch Process Manufacturing: Variable Components, Variable Yield
  A new add-on module - Learn about the details
• Support for creating and modifying customer jobs in ACCTivate!
  In order to support the QuickBooks job function, QuickBooks users will be able to synchronize jobs for customers both ways (into ACCTivate! and out of ACCTivate! into QuickBooks). Not only will the information synchronize, but jobs can actually be created in ACCTivate!.
• Direct access to customer invoices and the power to make some invoice changes
  QuickBooks users will have access to customer invoices directly from the Customer menu instead of going into a Customer or Sales Order.
  
  Also, some edits can be made on the invoice, such as to reference information, customer PO numbers, the invoice due date and notes can even be entered on the invoice to keep track of information regarding the invoice. Payments linked to the invoice will be in a new Transactions tab within the improved window as well.
• Import sales orders generated by PDG Commerce using the Web Orders Import wizard
  After teaming up with PDG, Shopping Cart software in April, ACCTivate! will introduce this semi-automatic mapping of PDG to the ACCTivate! Shopping Cart interface.
