Barcodes on sales documents,
increase productivity
ACCTivate! update introduces a sales order number barcode
on all sales documents

Barcodes encoded with a sales order number are now included
on all sales documents, including pick tickets, packing slips and
packing lists. The 6.3.2 update, released in January, introduced
this standard feature.

Save time by using the barcode to do the following:

• Scan the single barcode with a low-cost keyboard wedge barcode scanner to open a sales order when ready to invoice
• Quickly scan the barcode with a USB barcode scanner into the shipping workstation rather than keying the sales order number.

Take a look at the barcode by accessing a sales document from the Sales Order window.
For a specific sales order select a sales document to print or email from the Print Pick Ticket or Print Pack List buttons in the toolbar of the window.

The simple addition of the barcode can bring great productivity and efficiency advantages to companies.
