The ACCTivate! team aims to improve customer satisfaction
Survey results show satisfactory rankings, areas for improvement
High quality customer service is not just something achieved in the CRM module of the ACCTivate! system, but the ACCTivate! team also strives to provide such service to their own customers.
ACCTivate’s ongoing goal as stated in the ACCTivate! mission statement is “to improve both customer satisfaction and our productivity in helping customers and prospects understand and use our software.” We are always open to feedback and suggestions to determine if we are accomplishing our goal and to seek ways to improve, so recently a customer satisfaction survey was sent to all current customers to see where we ranked.
The survey proved to be a great opportunity to find out what areas need improvement and how we are satisfying customers with our service and product. On average the survey results were satisfactory with valuable suggestions and recommendations for improvements and appreciated praise.
Thank you to all our customers that completed a survey. Customer feedback is valuable to our continual improvement.
