The Shipping Manager can quickly and powerfully arrange orders into shipments allowing for complete tracking of contents, multiple cartons and tracking information.

How does it work?
The Shipping Manager has two main functions:

• Orders scheduled to be shipped are arranged into shipments
  A wizard guides you through the preparation process and in a matter of minutes shipments will be created from scheduled sales orders you choose.
  
  
  
  
• Contents of these new shipments are categorized into cartons
  Hundreds or even thousands of products can be divided into different cartons for shipment, or all products from a single shipment can be placed in a single carton. The difference just depends on how you do business.
  
  No matter how you need to separate products, the ACCTivate! Shipping Manager can handle it and the details of the shipment are stored on the sales order for quick review.
  
  

Works well with EDI
The Shipping Manager works with the ACCTivate! EDI Manager. An Advanced Shipment Notice (EDI 856) is generated from the shipment information and sent to your trading partners.
