Customers, who receive remote support now have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience at the end of each support session.
GoToAssist™, a new remote support technology recently implemented for ACCTivate! customers makes this happen.
Not only is it secure and easier to use and faster than the former technology, but with the survey for customer feedback, it allows the support team to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Since the new tool was implemented, customers have been submitting the surveys and the results have been very positive.

ACCTivate! remote support is available to customers on an appointment basis. If you need support, please submit a support request on the web and a support representative will contact you and instruct you to initiate remote support if necessary.
