ACCTivate! User Community opens to all users
New forum allows users to share ideas, post questions and answers and find new ways to maximize ACCTivate!

The ACCTivate! User Community opened in early May to all users, in order to provide them with an easy way to interact with each other as well as with the ACCTivate! team on issues that do not require direct support assistance.

Users can contribute to the growth of the community by participating in discussions regarding a variety of topics:

Share ideas, post questions & answers, and find new ways to maximize ACCTivate! on the ACCTivate! User Community.

• General Discussion
  General discussion of ACCTivate! features and functions. This is a good place to post questions about using ACCTivate! in your business.
• Installation & Technical Issues
  Questions regarding ACCTivate! system requirements, installation issues and general technical problems.
• Crystal Reports
  Questions related to Crystal Reports and using the ACCTivate! data views.
• Suggestions & Enhancement Requests
  Discuss what features and functions you would like to see in ACCTivate!.
• And even Off-topic discussions to discuss anything unrelated to ACCTivate!. Also, a great place to introduce yourself to the community.

All ACCTivate! users are encouraged to join the community to exchange information and ideas, post questions and answers, and find out new ways to maximize ACCTivate!. Pitch your ideas for future enhancements, present unsolved issues to other users, or simply offer input to others.

Also, if there is an issue that seems as if it can be solved with feedback from the community rather than through a support request post it in the User Community. But, this is not recommended for confidential issues or any other issues requiring direct support.

Register as a member of the User Community today and begin sharing and learning with other businesses. See that using ACCTivate! may not be the only commonality other users share amongst each other.

1. Log into your ACCTivate! software system and from there select Help > Support on the Web, which will automatically log you into the ACCTivate! Online Support site.
2. Click on the ACCTivate! User Community link near the bottom of the page, which will take you to the User Community site.
3. Notice the box near the top of the page with the heading, Welcome the ACCTivate! User Community. Click the "read the instructions " link within this box before registering. Follow those instructions to register.
