Access customer invoices instantly
Previous ACCTivate! release improves customer invoice functionality

Quick and simple access to customer invoices is a must-have for many businesses as it improves customer satisfaction and increases productivity.

That’s why direct access to customer invoices was added to the Customer menu in ACCTivate! 6.4 for QuickBooks.

Although customer invoices can still be opened from an associated sales order or customer, one click can open the Customer Invoice window instantly.

Simply select Customer and then click Invoice / Credit Memo from the main menu in ACCTivate!.

Then, enter the invoice number in the provided field or search by customer name, invoice number, order number or a variety of other criteria using the Lookup window.

In addition to direct access to customer invoices, ACCTivate! 6.4 introduced other improvements to the Customer Invoice window.

The In Dispute checkbox allows the balance of the invoice to be excluded from the customer's credit evaluation. So, the invoice will not impact the customer's credit limit or overdue status.

The Customer Invoice window also allows some information on the invoice to be edited. This includes the PO number, Due date and Reference fields.

You can also view any related payments or credits by selecting the Transactions tab. Notes or follow-up reminders can be added on the Notes tab.
