Pending Purchase Invoices

Get instant access to all your companies purchase invoices saved in ACCTivate!. The Pending Purchase Invoices option is new to ACCTivate! 7.0 and allows you to view invoices that have yet to be posted to QuickBooks or CYMA.

Status: Pending Purchase Invoices Access these invoices through the Alerts window:

  1. Click the Purchasing Management tab
  2. Open the Status drop down
  3. Select Pending Purchase Invoices
