Automatically receive purchase orders in full

The release of ACCTivate! 7.0 brought many exciting new features, including the Receive All function. With this option enabled, all outstanding products on a purchase order will automatically populate a receipt.

Upon entering a receipt, the Inventory Receipts window will automatically list all products and their outstanding quantities for the specified purchase order. Quantities can be changed as needed.

Enable this new option and realize the productivity gains:

1. Open the Configuration Manager
2. Select the Purchasing folder > Purchasing Options
3. Click Edit
4. Check the 'Receive POs in full' checkbox
5. Save

For even more productivity gains, an inventory receipt can now be initiated directly from the Purchase Order window with one click of the new Receive button in the window's tool bar.

With 'Receive POs in full' enabled and this faster method of receiving inventory, your business could save a considerable amount of time.
