Credit card processing with ACCTivate! and QuickBooks Merchant Service How does it work?
Orders with credit card payment are managed just like any other order.

However, at some point, the credit card information must be entered. This may be done 1.) at the bottom of the order or 2.) during the release for invoice process (shown at left).

When the invoice is released, the credit card will be billed through QuickBooks Merchant Service.

Read credit card information from QuickBooks
To make things easier, if the credit card information is stored in QuickBooks for this customer, ACCTivate! can read and present it for billing when the order is invoiced.
