  • The Dashboard is a collection of widgets, selected by the user.
  • The widgets are powered by reports - either standard reports or custom reports.
  • Multiple dashboard widgets, with a variety of level of detail, can be built and customized by each business user.
  • The widgets are located in a window within ACCTivate! and can be moved as desired within ACCTivate! or
    outside of ACCTivate! on a single monitor or a second monitor, if one is available.

Designed to facilitate the company-wide sharing of information & issues, Business Activities provides a centralized environment that encourages effective communication, teamwork and productive task management.

Business Activities enables the management and tracking of any activity, issue, follow-up, event or project.
Each time a user logs into ACCTivate!, they are presented with a current list of Alerts and Business Activities.

Business Activity Management

Assign, manage and track activities throughout the organization with Business Activities.

  • Activities can include sales calls, customer communications, client quote requests,
    product development milestones or virtually any other business activity
  • Each acitivity can include description, notes email communication history, resolution description, due dates,
    status, closure date, task owner/assigned to, priority and additional activity information
  • Activity scheduling & assignments: Activities & alerts may be scheduled for yourself or for others
    (with permissions)
  • Business activities may be cross-linked within a department or company-wide
  • Custom items with web links can be created and linked to a business activity
  • A variety of information can be linked to a business activity, such as quotes, sales orders, purchase orders,
    credit memos, production work orders, inventory transactions and more
  • Customer popup notes are displayed when adding a customer to related items or loading an existing

Business Activity Review

The Business Activity Review provides a 1 click overview of all business activities and may be further filtered by status, resolution, opened date & priority date by 1 click of a drop down menu.

Business Alerts

Alerts are reminders that can be filtered by type and due date. Managers, or those with permission, can view other users' alerts and assign alerts to others. Examples include at-risk deal alerts, customer service issues, low stock alerts or any other item needing a reminder or to be highlighted.

  • Enable Escalation management using alerts such as account manager notification of customer service issues,
    management notification of priority sales requests, etc.
  • Create a purchase order based on inventory requirements with the Reorder Function directly from the
    Inventory Management tab in Business Alerts
  • Before creating purchase orders during the reorder process print and review Reorder Proof reports
  • View "Pending Purchase Invoices" from the Purchasing Management tab in Business Alerts
