Complete management of growing customer base and marketing efforts
The ability to perform counter sales in the store

Volitan Lions, Moorish Idols, Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish, Clownfish, Seahorses, Coral, and many other saltwater fish and marine life, are all managed in ACCTivate! by Fish2morow.
Fish2morow is a community focused retail fish store in Fort Worth, Texas that specializes in salt water marine life and aquatic supplies. Owners Robert and
Hellen Tondre and Tri Nguyen opened the store in December 2007.
They sell a wide variety of fish from exotics to family favorites, as well as everything needed to start and maintain an aquarium, but they do much more
especially as a small community store that welcomes all.
They house a colorful array of coral, which they buy and grow themselves. Robert even aquacultures coral in his own home. They also make pure water and salt
water that they sell by the gallon.
Hellen, the store manager, who is a vegan and conservationist, carries her values over into the store operations.
Their fish are imported from overseas and they have vendors all over the United States, but they are very careful where their fish come from to ensure high
quality.
Because they are cautious in this sense, practice proper care and maintain a natural environment in their tanks, the loss of their marine life is very rare.
Hellen is also very strict when it comes to her customers having an appropriate tank before adding fish.
She feels it is their responsibility as a business to ensure that their customers have the correct size tank, that it's properly prepared and that the fish
are compatible.
"Customers can't just come in and say I want that fish. Their tank has to test well and if their tank isn't ready they can't have it," Hellen said.
They also teach classes to beginners to educate them before starting their own aquariums.
Following through even more with her values, Hellen prefers to use natural resources to heal tanks, rather than chemicals.
"We use nature to combat nature. It's just the right thing to do," Hellen said.
Fish2morow rescues and rehomes fish, too. Their main display tank is home to rescued fish, such as Piggy, a partially blind Porcupine Pufferfish who previously
lived in a tank with incompatible fish that constantly nibbled on him.
The store is also extremely community oriented. Hellen teaches classes to children about the conservation of fish. She has home schoolers and church groups that
come in to learn about fish and she frequently gives tours to kids that just come in for a visit. They even encourage customers to bring their dogs.
"The object is to have something for everyone as a small community store. We have all kinds of customers from a five year-old that has a little pod aquarium, a
90 year-old to a 7 foot Elvis impersonator," Hellen said.
They encourage community and customer participation through activities, such as the "Tank of the Month" contest, and when they get their new website published,
which is currently in progress, they plan to show off "Fish2morow Kids" and "Fish2morow Dogs" that frequent the shop.
Fish2morow has maintained success since their opening and they plan to open a second location possibly within the next year.
Their monthly sales are steadily increasing and since opening they have gained about 660 new customers. They maintain about 5-10 new customers per week and manage all of them with ACCTivate!'s complete Customer Relationship Management functionality.
They manage purchases, sales, and receive inventory using ACCTivate!. Every fish they have is maintained in ACCTivate! as a product with its own unique
Product ID and if they lose a fish they perform an inventory issue transaction.
"We really like the Product by Product Class report to view our sales margins and the Open Orders report to see what we have sold for the day," Nguyen said.
ACCTivate! also allows them to do counter sales in their store. When a customer is ready to purchase, they just enter a sales order in ACCTivate! for the
items, release the order for invoicing and print the invoice for the customer.
Their growth has allowed them to launch an eCommerce site, which is currently in progress. With this new site they will be the first specialty fish retailer in
the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to have online shopping allowing them to become a leading retailer in the area.
ACCTivate! works great for their retail business and although they currently only use the basic functionality of ACCTivate!, they plan to add more modules to
their system as they grow.
